Handpicked, qualified candidates for your remote role.
A curator reviews every candidate against your role, and only introduces you to people who fit and have already said yes.

You won’t be shown a pile of random profiles.
How it works
From posting a role to an introduction in your inbox. Interviews and hiring happen directly between you and the candidate.
- 1Post a roleStructured fields rather than a job ad: role type, seniority, skills, salary band, timezone overlap and regions. First results can arrive the same day.
- 2A curator shortlistsScreened candidates are ranked against your role. A curator confirms who genuinely fits and asks each of them first.
- 3Review people who said yesAnonymised profiles with a curator’s note. Mark each one interested or pass.
- 4We introduce youNames and contact details go to both sides by email. From there, you talk to the candidate directly.
Questions
When is a credit used?
Only when a curator sends the first introduction for a role. Posting, ranking and reviewing candidates never use credits. Further introductions for the same role don’t use another one. During launch, introductions use no credits, and roles introduced now never will.
What if nobody fits?
Then it costs nothing. A role that matches nobody, or where a curator confirms nobody, simply stays open. No charge, no email.
Why can’t I see names straight away?
Candidates decide who sees them. You see an anonymised profile — skills, timezone, salary band, availability and a curator’s note — once they’ve said yes to your role. Name, email and CV arrive with the introduction.
How are candidates matched to my role?
Clear, written rules score every screened candidate against your role: role type, required skills, seniority, timezone overlap, salary and industry. A curator reads the breakdown and decides. We can show you exactly why someone matched.
Are the public listings on your site from paying companies?
No. Curated listings are public roles a curator found on company websites. They’re a separate track, never linked to a company account, and your posted roles are never shown publicly.
